Sound Healing
At Your Space to B, we offer the ancient practice of sound healing, using a range of instruments including gong, Tibetan Bowls, drum and chimes to create therapeutic sounds and vibrations. These frequencies are intended to support the alignment and balance of both mind and body.
Many of our regular clients incorporate sound healing into their ongoing wellness routine and report reduced stress, deep relaxation, and an enhanced sense of overall wellbeing.

Sound Healing
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Based on the principle that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made of energy and vibrates at specific frequencies, sound healing works at a deep cellular level to restore harmony and balance.
By using instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes, sound healing encourages the brain to enter a Theta brainwave state—associated with deep relaxation and natural healing. These sessions help release energy blockages, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
